DIWALI CELEBRATION

Diwali is one of the most eagerly awaited and immensely cherished festivals celebrated in India. Diwali was celebrated with a lot of zest and zeal by the students on November 6, 2015.

Children brought lanterns and diyas to decorate their classrooms. Classrooms were given a very festive look with diyas, candles, flowers and Rangoli.  A puppet show with a message "Say no to crackers" was put up to bring awareness in children not to pollute the environment.  Activity like colouring the Diya was also done by our students.

The children danced, sang the Diwali songs and were happy.

IMO

The International Maths Olympiad (IMO) was conducted on 16/11/2015. 402 students gave the exam. The classes involved were from 2nd to 12th.

OBJECT TALK COMPETITION

JR. KG students participated in Object Talk Competition on November 27, 2015.  The objective of this competition was to help students overcome the stage fear.  The students participated in this competition with enormous zeal and were pleased to deliver their learning on stage.

SINGING COMPETITION

Singing Competition was held on November 30, 2015, for our Sr. KG students. Children showcased their talent by presenting their song in proper rhythm, voice modulation and presentation.

CHESS CHAMPIONS

Ms. Sanvee Soman secured the 1st position in the under 6 girls category and got the 4th position in the under 7 girls category in a chess tournament held in Chabidas Highschool, Dadar.

Mast.Shardul Sandeep Tambe participated in the International Chess Tournament. He played against Canada, Thailand, Singapore, Philippine players. He won 5 matches out of 9 matches. He secured the first position in the under 7 category. It was held on 29th November 2015 at Bangkok.

NATIONAL LEVEL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Om Kumar Patel secured the 3rd place in the National Level Karate Championship held at Mulund on 11th October 2015.

DIWALI VACATION: Children enjoyed the Diwali vacation from November 8, 2015, to November 21, 2015.
